ApplyMate fills your applications in seconds — including the tricky custom dropdowns that Chrome autofill can't handle. AUTOFILL THAT ACTUALLY WORKS: ApplyMate fills text fields, native dropdowns, custom combo boxes (like EEO/demographic questions), radio buttons, and screening questions. It handles React-rendered forms— all the places where built-in autofill breaks. Fields are filled at a natural pace, and ApplyMate never clicks Submit for you. AI INTEGRATION (OPTIONAL) An AI Integration page lets you enable a local WebSocket bridge so an AI agent (via the companion MCP server) can read your profile/resume and manage applications on your behalf. Off by default. Nothing is transmitted unless you turn it on and connect an agent yourself. IT LEARNS AS YOU GO: When you answer a question ApplyMate couldn't fill automatically, it remembers your answer and fills it next time. Every learned answer is editable in your profile. Over time, ApplyMate gets better at filling every form you encounter. TRACK EVERY APPLICATION: A built-in tracker logs each application with company, role, date, source, status, and notes. Search, filter by status or source, sort by any column, and export your data as JSON. Import applications from other tools. One click cycles through all your tracked applications — visiting each page in the background, detecting status changes from the page content, and updating your tracker automatically. Human-like timing between checks. SEARCH JOB BOARDS: Scan public career pages on major job boards for roles that match your target titles. Each posting is scored against your skills: • Fit % shows how well your skills match the job description • "Skills to add" are things you legitimately know but haven't listed on your resume • "Gaps" are skills the job wants that you don't have • Filter by location, recency, and minimum score TAILOR YOUR RESUME: Click "Tailor resume for this job" on any application page. ApplyMate analyzes the job description, finds skills from your inventory that you haven't listed, and generates a tailored resume file. It never fabricates skills — it only surfaces what you actually have. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE: All profile, resume, application, and settings data is stored locally in your browser.
