Overview

LLM-driven autofill for any job application form. Extracts the form, maps your profile with Gemini, fills, never submits.

Pilou: your job-hunt companion Applying to jobs is repetitive in exactly the way software should fix: the same name, the same work history, the same "why do you want to work here" typed out again and again across Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and LinkedIn Easy Apply. Pilou fills those forms for you, using your own profile, and it never touches the Submit button. You always get the final look before anything goes out. How it works Install the extension, tell Pilou about yourself once (upload a resume, answer a few questions about your work history and preferences), and it builds a profile it can draw from anywhere. When you land on a job application, click Pilou and it reads the page, matches each field against your profile, and fills the form using real browser interactions, the same as if you'd typed it yourself. Multi-step wizards are no problem: Pilou clicks Next between pages and keeps filling, but it stops before Submit, every time, on every site. No portal-specific scraping code, no brittle CSS selectors that break the next time a company redesigns their careers page. Pilou reads the actual structure of whatever form is in front of it, so it works on ATS platforms it has never seen before. Genuinely unsure beats confidently wrong Pilou will never invent an answer for you. If a required field asks something your profile doesn't cover, it goes into a short list for you to fill in yourself instead of guessing. Your identity and credentials are not something an AI should be improvising, and Pilou is built around that line. While you're on a job posting Open a posting and Pilou quietly checks it against your background, flagging the skills the listing wants that aren't showing up in your profile yet, so you can decide whether to address the gap or move on. From the same panel it can write you a cover letter and a tailored version of your CV for that specific posting, in the same language the listing is written in. Every generated document runs through a check built to catch AI-sounding phrasing before you ever see it: the stock adjectives, the too-even sentence rhythm, the vocabulary nobody actually talks in. The goal is a document that reads like you wrote it, not like a template filled in your name. For logged-in portals Some applications live behind a sign-in wall: LinkedIn Easy Apply, a Workday account you've already created. Pilou can attach to your own already-logged-in Chrome session so it fills the form inside your real account instead of asking you to hand over credentials to an extension. It never creates accounts or enters passwords for you. If a portal needs you to sign in, that step stays yours. Track what you've sent Every application you prepare through Pilou gets recorded, so you have one place to see what you've applied to, when, and what stage it's at, instead of a scattered pile of browser tabs and half-remembered follow-ups. What Pilou will not do - Click Submit. Not once, not behind a setting, not even if you ask. - Make up an answer to a required question it doesn't actually know. - Create accounts or type passwords on your behalf. - Sell or share your profile data. It exists to fill your own applications, nothing else. Who it's for Anyone doing a real job search who is tired of retyping the same information into the same ten fields on a different colored background. Whether you're applying to two roles a week or twenty, Pilou handles the mechanical part so you can spend your attention on the parts that actually need it: picking the right roles and writing the parts only you can write.
