Application Tracker for Gmail
Overview
Track and classify your job application emails automatically using AI
Application Tracker for Gmail automatically finds and organizes your job application emails so you never lose track of where you stand. How it works: - Connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth - Scans your inbox for job application-related emails - Uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to classify each email into categories: Applied, Next Step, Rejected, Technical Round, Final Round, and Offer - Applies Gmail labels automatically so your inbox stays organized - Runs periodic background checks to catch new emails Features: - View all classified applications in the side panel - Filter by category, date range, and account - Multi-account support for multiple Gmail accounts - Configurable check frequency - Uses your own OpenAI API key — your data stays under your control Setup: 1. Install the extension 2. Enter your OpenAI API key in the Options page 3. Sign in with your Google account 4. Start tracking Privacy: All data is stored locally in your browser. Email snippets are sent only to the OpenAI API using your own key for classification. No data is collected or stored on any external server.
