Overview
Know if a job is worth applying to before you start, then draft answers from your profile that you review and submit yourself.
Every posting looks promising until you are already deep in the form. ApplicantSpace sits on the job boards you already use. It reads the posting on the page, scores it against your Career Profile, and tells you plainly whether it is worth your time — before you start typing. Then, beside the application form, it drafts each answer from what is actually in your profile. You read every answer, change what you want, and accept it. It never fills a field you did not ask it to, and it never presses Submit. ON A JOB POSTING A small card appears on the page, with: • A Fit score out of 100 and a plain verdict — "Apply today", "Worth applying", "A stretch", or "We'd skip this" • The requirements your profile already proves, marked on the posting itself where the wording matches, so you can see where the score came from • The gaps it cannot evidence — each one a question you answer once, in your own words, and your profile keeps it • One click to save the job to your pipeline, so it does not disappear into a tab you meant to come back to If the page cannot be read, paste the description instead. If there is nothing useful to say, the card stays quiet. BESIDE THE APPLICATION FORM Open the copilot and it works the form in four steps — Verdict, Gaps, Answers, Review. • Fill from profile. Name, email, phone, location and links go straight in. Every one is read back off the page afterwards, so a field that did not take says "Did not stick" instead of pretending it worked. • Draft answers. Open questions are drafted from your profile, the sentences you have written yourself, and the posting's own requirements. They wait in the panel until you accept them — nothing lands on the form on its own. • Refine. Concise, Detailed, More natural, More confident, Sound like me, Conversational, Rewrite, Another version — or edit it yourself and keep your version. • Attach the resume ApplicantSpace already holds for this application, tailored if you have tailored one. • Review. What is filled, what is still waiting on you, and what only you can answer. Every field says where its contents came from: Filled from your profile, Suggested, Your edit, Needs you, Left blank. When your profile genuinely does not answer something, it says "Needs you" rather than inventing an answer. ANSWERS THAT SOUND LIKE YOU Drafts are grounded in your profile and your own words, never a claim you have not made. If an answer reads as machine-written, the copilot tells you which phrases gave it away and offers to rewrite it. SOME QUESTIONS ARE YOURS ALONE Questions about gender, race, disability, veteran status and the like are recognised and set aside. They are never drafted, never filled, and never sent to a model — the extension drops them before the request is built, and the server drops them again. Consent and agreement boxes are never ticked for you either. The copilot never presses Submit. That button is yours. IT RUNS WHERE YOU ALLOW IT No all-sites access. Out of the box it runs on 35 job boards and applicant tracking systems — the places most people actually apply — and nowhere else. Anywhere else — a company's own careers page, a board nobody has heard of — it does nothing at all until you switch it on for that site, one site at a time, from the side panel. Switch it off there and it stops immediately. It reads the posting on the tab you opened it for. It does not read your other tabs, and it keeps no history of where you have been. WHAT YOU NEED An ApplicantSpace account and a Career Profile — everything here reads from your profile, so that is where to start. You sign in once on applicantspace.com. The extension never asks for a password, and signing in here does not sign you into any job board. You can read and save postings before you sign in; they sync to your pipeline once you do. Scoring and drafted answers need the account. Drafting and refining draw on your plan's monthly allowance — filling from your profile does not. Open the next job you were going to apply to anyway, and see what it says.
