EVE is REALM's AI partner for real estate agents, inside Chrome and Edge. It works on top of the CRM, inbox and SkySlope screens you already use, so you don't have to switch tabs to get help. Sign in once with your REALM account. Then EVE works beside the pages you use every day: • Your day, triaged. EVE reads your relationships in REALM and tells you who is waiting on you and what to do first. • Any contact, summarized. Open a contact in your CRM or inbox and a small EVE card shows what REALM knows about that person, with the next step it recommends and one-click actions. • The next message, drafted. Ask EVE for a follow-up, or ask a question about a contact, without leaving the page. • Listings saved as you browse. On Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and MLS pages, save or watch a home and it lands in your REALM book. • SkySlope files set up for you. When your brokerage uses SkySlope, EVE creates your client's Pre-Contract file in SkySlope's own screens, in your own SkySlope session, and shows you what she is doing at each step. You answer one question the first time and she remembers it. After you send a DigiSign envelope, EVE takes you back to REALM.
