AplicAI fills out job applications for you on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, using the profile and résumé you set up in the AplicAI app. You stay in control of every submission. How it works Pick a job in the AplicAI app (aplicai.ia.br) and start an application. The extension opens the application form, reads its fields and fills them in with your answers. You review everything and submit. Or, if you authorize it, the extension submits for you. Features Works on the major ATS platforms. Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, including dropdowns, autocompletes and file uploads. Review first, or autopilot. Check each form before it goes out, or let the extension work through a queue of applications you've approved. Learns from you. When you answer or correct a multiple-choice or short-text question and the application is sent, the extension remembers the answer. It reuses that answer the next time the same question comes up. You can turn learning off or erase what it has learned at any time. Extension window. See your account and plan, applications in progress, history and saved answers in one place. Clear flags for anything unresolved. If a field can't be filled confidently, it's flagged for you instead of guessed. Built with safety in mind Never solves CAPTCHAs. It stops and hands control back to you. Never accepts legal agreements (such as arbitration clauses). It stops and asks you. Only acts on tabs opened by AplicAI, and only on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby pages. Built-in limit of 40 applications per day. Each application is authorized by a signed, short-lived ticket tied to a single job and session, so nothing runs without your plan and quota. Your answers and history are stored locally in your browser. Contact details, files, long texts and legal acceptances are never learned or reused automatically. Requirements An AplicAI account with an active plan. The extension does nothing on its own. It only works with applications started from the AplicAI app. Supported sites: job-boards.greenhouse.io, boards.greenhouse.io, jobs.lever.co, jobs.ashbyhq.com Other platforms, such as Workday and SmartRecruiters, are not supported yet.
