ApexMile
Overview
Check a load against your fleet before you book it.
ApexMile helps dispatchers check a load against their fleet before they book it. Select load details from a permitted page and choose “Check load with ApexMile,” or paste text into the side panel. Review and correct the extracted details, then check how the load fits your fleet’s available trucks and existing commitments. You can also enter the fields manually. See whether to book, counter at a minimum rate, or pass; the best available truck; empty miles; the age of the fleet data; and any limits or missing inputs. Record a booked, countered or passed decision and track whether a counter was won or lost. A recorded decision updates your fleet’s plan; it does not book the load externally. ApexMile requires your fleet to be set up and a personal API key from your fleet administrator. Contact hello@apexmile.com to get started. The extension sends selected or pasted text to ApexMile only when you choose to check it. See the privacy policy for details.
