ApeironFile helps you prepare images and PDF documents directly in Chrome. Select files from your device, make changes, preview the results and save the finished files. Supported processing happens locally on your device. Files are not uploaded to external servers for processing, and no account is required. TOOLS FOR EVERYDAY TASKS • Convert pictures between supported formats or combine them into a document. • Resize and compress files for attachments, applications and online forms. • Crop, rotate and adjust photographs. Add drawings, text or watermarks. • Remove backgrounds or enlarge pictures using on-device AI. • Edit PDF documents with added text, annotations, supported form filling and visual signatures. • Merge, split, extract, rotate and reorder pages. • Create animations, collages, contact sheets and favicon sets. Use the side panel for quick tasks or open a full-tab editor for more room. Longer jobs can continue after the side panel closes while the editor tab remains open. LOCAL STORAGE AND CONTROL Preferences and recent activity are stored locally. Some operations use temporary working storage. Remembering a signature is optional, and saved signatures can be deleted from the device. FEATURE LIMITATIONS AI quality and processing speed vary by image and hardware. Editing existing document text depends on compatible fonts and characters. Scanned text cannot be edited without OCR, which is not included. Visual signatures are not certificate-based digital signatures. To get started, open ApeironFile from the Chrome toolbar, choose a tool, select your files and save the result.
