Error connecting sync with Dropbox

When I try connect to Dropbox to enable sync, I get the following error after loggin in to Dropbox:
"Error connecting app:"
"This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit."
