I've found using MileagePlus shopping to be pretty easy. I'm earning enough miles to take a trip to Colorado to visit my daughter this Summer! This is wonderful!

I find the Mileage Plus shopping to be very easy. But I need to confirm that the points I've earned are actually showing up in my account. Can someone provide a confirmation or provide how to confirm the points? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm so sick of this not working, going half way to completion, stopping, covering my page so I can't do a transaction. I'd love to use it but its very, very defective dialog box makes it impossible to use.

It used to be a great tool, but lazy engineering, and their desire to scam their customers has made this worthless. You will not get points for any type of subscription service, and they are too lazy to fix the issues causing the gap between activating the offer and check out. Customer service is useless, and will blame you not using the appropriate cookies.

The United Airlines MileagePlus Shopping app on Chrome makes it easy to shop online and earn points. I also visit the website regularly, which provides info on miles and bonus offers.

I've found using MileagePlus shopping to be pretty easy. I earned enough miles last year to take a trip to Africa and now I've already built my miles back up for another epic trip!

I agree w/Mr. Cooper in that it is so very tiring to have to fight to get the points you're due, after making a purchase. Why would someone want to waste their time contacting you, and going through all the machinations, if they didn't feel they had a legitimate case... very tiring! And, in many cases you have to keep going back/forth w/them to get your measly points, if at all! I wish they had better customer service! Any feedback that goes to United Shopping or Aadvantage eshopping, Alaska, etc all goes to the host company Cartera who insults the customers by sending out these ridiculous form replies that tell you all the many reasons YOU may have done it wrong, when they can't seem to realize that people that have been through their mess repeatedly know the issues that Cartera tries to point in the customers direction. I constantly have to fight to get miles awarded to me for items that I have purchased through the milageplus site. I have had to complain at least 30 times so far to get things corrected with purchases I have made on Chewy's site alone. I wish you would honor your customers purchases and not fight us tooth and nail and make stuff up to get out of giving us miles.
