AP No-Fly is an internal tool for the Arsenal Pulse recruiting team. When you open a LinkedIn profile, it checks the person's current employer against our Do-Not-Contact (no-poach) list — the companies we actively recruit for — and drops a clear red banner if they're off-limits, so no one accidentally sources a candidate out of a client. • Red "DO NOT CONTACT" banner on matching profiles (orange "use judgment" for wound-down engagements) • Toolbar icon opens the full, searchable list • The list auto-updates from our shared sheet — always current, no reinstalls All checking happens locally in your browser. No personal or browsing data is collected or transmitted.
