Manual theme settings

It's not that urgent, but it's nice to have a manual theme setting. It can be set to Auto (like now), Light, and Dark.

Panel disappears after typing a non-parsable command and pressing Enter

To restore the panel, it must be reopened.

More flexible "Later Today" settings

If the time set by "Later Today" has already passed today, the "Later Today" command cannot be used until tomorrow, so I would like to add a setting so that the "Later Today" command can be used in this period, working as "X hours later".

Default options are not affected by moment settings

For example, I set the morning starts at 7am, but the four options on the panel are still set to 9am.
