Anyreach Agent-Assist helps live contact center agents handle calls faster and with more accuracy inside the systems they already use. The extension captures supported call and screen context, transcribes conversations in real time, surfaces AI guidance, extracts key fields, and helps agents complete follow-up work without leaving the workflow. In the Startek AT&T partner build, it supports the broadband billing-to-Fiber demo across AnyAssist and AnyCOS, including serviceability checks, guided talk tracks, CRM note drafting, wrap-up summaries, and replay evidence for QA, coaching, and workflow review. This extension is intended for trained agents in approved partner environments and requires an active Anyreach backend configuration to function.
