Notes don't scroll with page
Without being able to pin a note to a particular part of a page such that it scrolls along with it this doesn't seem useful at all?

This extension does not seem to work on my new Chromebase chromebook.

After reloading page note doesn't appear
After reloading page note doesn't appear. However the note does show in the All Notes page.
