Overview

Only two buttons. Simply switch between day and night mode for the active tab. Works for offline PDFs too!

It simply makes the colors look inverted. Therefore, it works best for dark text on light backgrounds. Bullet points: - To make the extension work with offline files (e.g. PDF from hard drive) you must: 1) Open chrome://extensions. 2) Find ANTDR and click "Details" button. 3) Turn on "Allow access to file URLs". - Make sure you pin the extension to the toolbar. - After switching to dark mode toggle full screen with F11 button to temporarily hide light sections of the browser like the search bar and bookmarks section while reading. Enjoy! Note: this extension does not put at risk any of the user data stored locally or elsewhere. You can download the source code of this extension at: https://github.com/vitrums/ANTDR Also special note for Windows users, who install this extension on Google Chrome. Unless Google changes it in the future, you can check the unpacked code of all the installed extensions including ANTDR at C:\Users\<YOUR_USER>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions.
