See what the AI would see — before you paste. Expose Nothing scans any text for personal data (PII) entirely in your browser and strips it in one click. Names, email addresses, IBANs, credit card numbers, phone numbers, case IDs, VAT IDs and your own custom terms: flagged, highlighted, and replaced with safe tokens like [NAME], [EMAIL], [IBAN]. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT — THE PRIVACY CLAIM IS VERIFIABLE Most "private" tools ask you to trust them. This extension's detection runs 100% locally: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no remote code. It is open source (MIT), so you can read the code and the manifest yourself: github.com/d2b-space/Expose-Nothing PASTE GUARD — PROTECTION EXACTLY WHERE IT MATTERS On chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com (and nowhere else), Expose Nothing checks your paste before it reaches the page. Identifiers found? The paste is held and you choose: paste the redacted version, paste the original, or cancel. Clean pastes pass through untouched. The extension never reads the page itself, it only reacts to your paste. PAUSE IT WHEN YOU DON'T NEED IT Working in a scratch chat, or pasting something you already know is clean? Open the popup and hit PAUSE: one hour, four hours, or off until you switch it back on. Timed pauses show a live countdown and turn themselves back on when they run out. While paused, every paste goes through untouched. CUSTOM TERMS, WITH YOUR OWN TOKENS Add client names, project codenames, internal IDs, and decide what each one turns into. "Project Aurora" can redact to [PROJECT AURORA], or to [CLIENT], or to any label you type. Terms are matched case-insensitively and stored only in your browser's sync storage. LIGHT AND DARK The popup and the paste-guard dialog follow your browser's theme, or you can pin light or dark from the popup header. Every control has a hover tooltip explaining what it does, and the guard dialog has a clear close button that stays reachable on long pastes.
