Overview
Blur anime spoilers past your episode, see your stats as a shareable card, and get cast and discussion beside what you watch.
AniDeck hides anime spoilers for shows you have not caught up to yet, and puts your progress, cast and discussion one click away while you watch. **How it works** Connect your AniList profile with your public username — no password, no OAuth, no account to create. AniDeck reads which series you are part-way through and how far in you are. From then on, when you browse Reddit, X or YouTube, anything about those shows past your current episode is blurred until you choose to reveal it. Every veil says why it hid something, so the rule is never a mystery. Open a Crunchyroll episode and the side panel fills in with that series' cast, your position in the run, and a link to the episode's r/anime thread. **What it does** - Blurs spoilers on Reddit, X and YouTube based on your real AniList progress - Explains every decision — "Episode 22, you are on 12" — instead of hiding things silently - Leaves shows alone once you finish them, automatically - Lets you force a show to Always or Never blur, per series - Keeps a decision log so you can see what it hid, what it let through, and why - Shows the cast, voice actors, genres and your progress beside the episode you are on - Links straight to the r/anime discussion for that episode - Turns your watch history into a stats dashboard and a shareable image, drawn on your machine **Two things it deliberately gets right** Titles like *Monster*, *Orange* and *Given* are ordinary English words. AniDeck will not blur every occurrence of "monster" on the internet — a single common-word title needs a spoiler signal before it hides anything. And it never touches video playback. It reads pages you are already viewing; that is all. **Privacy** AniDeck makes one data request, to AniList, carrying the username you typed. With cover art enabled it also loads images from AniList's image host — you can turn that off in Settings, which reduces AniDeck to a single contacted address. Nothing else leaves your browser. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, no remote fonts and no CDN. Your settings and a short-lived cache live in your browser. The decision log is optional, capped at 40 entries, and records why something was hidden — never the text of any post, and never a page address. **Permissions, in plain English** - *Side panel* — so AniDeck has somewhere to appear. - *Storage* — to remember your username and settings. - *Access to anilist.co* — to read your public list. It is the only site AniDeck contacts. **Support** Problems and requests: dhseadev.online. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Crunchyroll, AniList or Reddit. **What's new in 1.3.0** — light and dark themes with six accents and three text sizes, a Settings tab with export/import, an opt-out for image loading and for the decision log, a keyboard shortcut for the shield, and revealed posts that stay revealed as you scroll.
