Works with the Anesto iOS app to auto-fill the ACGME Case Log entry form from your logged anesthesia cases. Log cases by voice or text in Anesto, then open this extension to sync them to ACGME. It fills checkboxes, dropdowns, dates, and patient details — you review the form and click Submit. How it works: 1. Log cases in Anesto (free iOS app) 2. Open the ACGME case entry form in Chrome 3. Open the Anesto side panel and sign in 4. Select cases and click Fill 5. Review the filled form and submit Supported ACGME fields: ASA status, anesthesia type, airway management, procedure categories, vascular access, specialized monitoring, neuraxial and peripheral nerve block sites, pain evaluations, patient type, case year, and supervisor matching. Batch mode lets you queue multiple cases and work through them with pause, skip, and progress tracking. Dark mode supported. Your ACGME login credentials stay in your browser. The extension never accesses, stores, or transmits them. No patient identifiers are stored. Requires the Anesto iOS app (free) and an Anesto account with email/password sign-in. Chrome 114 or later.
