Sent the list, but the receiver couldn't add items to their cart. Then when they clicked the link a second time it now longer worked.

Hey Jennifer, I'm really sorry to hear that. There was a small bug in a new feature that I've now fixed, but I believe it caused this problem. If you try again now, you won't have any problems.
