Your team already works in Meta Business Suite. This adds the memory. Open a conversation and click the AiPraktor bubble. It works out which customer this is from the conversation's own words, then gives you their whole recorded relationship in one paragraph — what they asked, what they bought, what was promised — without leaving the thread. WHAT IT DOES • Summarise a customer. Everything recorded about this person, in one paragraph. • Draft the next reply. The AI writes it in the customer's language; you read it, edit it, and send it yourself. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. • Ask about them. "Has this person ordered before?" — answered from their recorded history only. • Take over, and hand back. Switch the conversation from AI to a human for one hour, four hours, or until you hand it back. It returns to the AI on its own when the window ends. • Lead card. See the customer's open lead — stage, follow-up date, phone, value — or create one pre-filled from the history. Push a follow-up +1, +3 or +7 days. • Open WhatsApp. One click to their number, with an optional drafted opener. • Desktop alerts. A Chrome notification when a chat is handed to a person, a new lead is captured, or the AI asks for an admin. Each type can be switched off. WHO IT IS FOR Businesses and agencies that run their Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp conversations on AiPraktor, and the teammates who work those inboxes. YOU NEED AN AIPRAKTOR ACCOUNT This is a companion to the AiPraktor dashboard, not a standalone tool. Without an account there is nothing to sign in to and the panel will not open.
