Meet Amigo, YMM’s browser working partner. Open Amigo on a supported YMM work page, connect your staff account, and describe what you need in everyday language. TWO WAYS TO GET HELP • Agent helps find information, search, explain the current page and navigate supported areas. • Guided Walkthrough points out the next place to look or click while you stay in control. WORK THE WAY YOU LIKE Type a question or start a live voice conversation. Keep Amigo docked at the page edge, move its floating panel inside the same tab, expand it, or minimize it into the Amigo mark. These view changes keep the same mounted conversation and current task; no external floating window opens. BUILT FOR AUTHORIZED YMM STAFF Amigo works with YMM Portal and the supported YMM monday.com workspace. An authorized Amigo/YMM staff account, your own access to the connected work platform, desktop Chrome and an internet connection are required. It does not run in mobile Chrome. YOU REMAIN IN CONTROL Amigo does not enter passwords or verification codes, bypass site permissions, automatically save changes, or submit forms. You review and submit saved changes yourself. Stop a task, end voice or disconnect at any time. IMPORTANT VOICE AND SESSION DETAILS Minimizing does not mute an active microphone. A full page reload or navigation ends live voice; press Talk again after the page loads. Tasks and tab connections have time and action limits. This is not unrestricted computer control or continuous background listening. PRIVACY When you connect a supported tab and request help, visible page text, control labels, your request and recent conversation context are sent to the Amigo service and OpenAI. Page text can contain personal information you are authorized to view. Password fields, authentication pages and ordinary form values are excluded; eligible search terms may be included. Up to 12 recent conversation turns are kept in extension session storage for the same short-lived tab/account connection, not in company knowledge. Starting voice sends microphone audio to OpenAI.
