With our extension, you will see a Gender Fair rating on whether a company, product or brand is making progress towards gender equality. Gender Fair has measured thousands of brands on its company’s diversity in leadership and board of directors, as well as the pay gap, parental leave, sexual harassment, advertising and social responsibility. A checkmark indicates a company has been rated and achieved a score of 70 or higher (out of 100) and is Gender Fair. Those with an X have not reached this standard and an alternative brand is recommended. If no pop-up appears (not-rated), it means that more data is needed to make an assessment. Certified brands have taken an extra step to make a long-term commitment towards gender equality and diversity. Once you click on the Gender Fair rating, you can tweet to thank (or encourage) a company on its efforts and learn more about Gender Fair and what it takes to support women in the workplace.
