Overview

Copy any web table to Excel, CSV, JSON or Markdown. No row limits, no account, nothing leaves your browser.

GridPick turns any table on a web page into something you can actually work with. Click the toolbar icon and it lists every table it can see on the page. Pick one, and you can copy it straight into Excel or Google Sheets, save it as CSV, or open it to choose columns and export to Excel, JSON or Markdown. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT No row limits. The free version exports the whole table, however many rows it has. Ten rows or fifty thousand, same result. It finds grids other tools miss. Modern web apps rarely use real <table> markup. GridPick reads ARIA grids too, so tables built out of div elements by React, Angular and similar frameworks come out properly. Merged cells come out right. Rowspan and colspan are expanded into a proper rectangular grid, so a merged header does not shove every column one place to the left. You choose whether a merged value repeats down its rows or leaves blanks. Nothing is uploaded. The whole conversion happens inside your browser. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, no analytics. The extension only reads a page when you click its icon, and only that page. It warns you when a grid is only half loaded. Tables that stream rows in as you scroll only keep the visible ones in the page. GridPick tells you how many rows are actually there versus how many the grid claims, instead of quietly giving you 50 rows out of 2,000. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Copy to the clipboard, ready to paste into Excel or Google Sheets - Save as CSV, with a comma, semicolon, tab or pipe separator - Save as a real .xlsx workbook, headers in bold, numbers stored as numbers - Save as JSON, one object per row, using the table's own headers as keys - Save as a Markdown table - Export every table on the page into one workbook, one sheet each - Tick and untick columns before exporting - Filter rows before exporting - Clean numbers for spreadsheets: strip currency symbols, thousands separators and percent signs so Excel reads them as numbers - Pull out link URLs into their own column - Read tables inside iframes BUILT FOR SPREADSHEETS, NOT AGAINST THEM CSV files carry a BOM so Excel reads UTF-8 without mangling accents and Chinese characters. Cells that begin with = or @ are neutralised so a spreadsheet cannot execute something a web page put there. Numbers with leading zeros stay text, so postcodes and IDs survive. Sheet names are trimmed and de-duplicated to what Excel accepts. FREE AND PRO Free covers copying, CSV, every table on the page, column picking and merged-cell handling, with no cap on rows or columns. Pro adds Excel, JSON and Markdown export, exporting every table as one workbook, number cleaning and link extraction. One payment, no subscription. PRIVACY GridPick asks for activeTab rather than access to all your sites, which means it can only read a page at the moment you click its icon. Table contents never leave your browser. The single network request it can ever make is checking a Pro licence key with the payment provider, and only when you type one in.
