There are many airlines while American Airlines are the best among. I strongly recommend AA to use American Airlines AAdvantage.

Seems easy to use but sometimes it doesn't load the points correctly. I've been collecting points since 2017. It seems to pay off but takes a long time to gather enough for a flight.

This extension is terrible, and the AAdvantage website hasn't been working almost all year for me. I was told to use the extension and it's not any better. I got loyalty points and miles all the time in 2023, now I have to keep a spreadsheet and nothing is tracking natively. It takes 2+ weeks since the transaction before you can request for missing miles, and then they take 4-6 weeks to research anything it at almost every retailer. It's utter garbage. I can't believe I have missed out on so many points by not using this to begin with. I shop online almost exclusively and since installing the extension have really racked up the points. Super easy to use, love it!

I must follow up on nearly every transaction through the button, the site, or my smartphone. I'm still waiting on confirmation from an order that will impact a potential bonus of miles. It's very frustrating to have to constantly follow up, and follow up again. It's hard to trust this program.

Button activates upon visiting the website but doesn't apply orders for miles. I'm deleting this button and just using the website.

Awful!!! They do not honor going through their service. I have to chase them EVERY time I get a hotel through IHG. Been telling them for 3 years. They don't do anything and just refuse me requests - even though their system shows I visited that site through their portal on the day in question. You cannot question the transaction until 15 days afterwards and then it is too late to confirm you actually performed the transaction through their portal. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nice to get the extra miles... BUT, the miles available for each store is misleading. It frequently says "Up to 5 time miles...". When you check, the 5x only applies to one category on the site. Everything else may be 1x or less. Also, as you maneuver around a site, the miles premium sometimes drops off. But overall a nice perk.

I have been using this button for several years -- since it was introduced. There few been limited improvements over the years. The button works about 20% of the time -- and I always follow the proper steps. The other 80% of the time I need to contact customer service about missing transactions or missing miles. I love this extension WHEN it works. I do everything right (not switching off the page, verifying that it's active, etc) and it doesn't recognize the completed transactions. Needs to be more robust. Otherwise, it's very frustrating.
