LCSD MSS Enhancements

Adds enhancements to MySchoolSask for LCSD employees. Only useful if you already have access to MySchoolSask.

This extension adds usability improvements to the MySchoolSask web application. It is designed for teachers and school support staff within the Lloydminster Catholic School Division (LCSD). 📋 Main Features Auto-Select Login: Automatically selects "089" (LCSD) in the school division dropdown on the login page. Shift-Click Checkboxes: Select or deselect a range of checkboxes by clicking one, holding Shift, and clicking another. Works on all pages with tables. Filter & Field Set Favorites: Star (☆/★) any filter or field set to pin it to a dedicated Favorites section at the top of the dropdown's right column. Favorites persist across page reloads and can be drag-and-drop reordered. The favorites panel only appears when there are 15 or more options in the list. Alphabetical Sorting: On the "Manage" pages for filters and field sets, a Sort button lets you alphabetically sort all items below a selected point in the list. Auto-Select Report Card Input Profile: When you navigate to the Run Report Card tool, the extension automatically selects the correct input profile based on the active filter you last used on the student list — including the correct term based on the time of year. Supports all LCSD RC filter types (K, 1–3, 4–7 EAL/IF/EF, 4–7 No EAL/IF/EF, 8–9 EAL, and Holy Rosary). RC Filters Column: On the student list, RC report card filters are automatically separated into their own column in the filter dropdown for easier access. Filters are school-aware — only the RC filters relevant to your school are shown. Filters can be drag-and-drop reordered to suit your workflow. Comment Bank Search: Pressing "Enter" in the comment search box clears the current search and resets focus for a faster workflow, instead of attempting to submit (which is currently broken in MySchoolSask). Document Badges: Adds a "NEW" badge to files in the "Recently Updated Documents" widget. Badges persist for 30 days once seen. Environment Indicators: Displays colored borders and banners to help you identify if you are in Production, Training, Development, or other environments, to prevent accidental data entry in the wrong environment. 🔒 Privacy & Access Permissions: This extension does not grant access to any data or features you do not already have. You must have existing MySchoolSask credentials. Data: This extension does not collect, track, or transmit any user data or browsing history.
