I just got a message that states I will be charged for renewal. I do not want to renew. Also I do see this listed in my extensions in Chrome. Can you help please?

I paid for premium earlier this year, but

now it says no email address on file for me. I used this extension many times in the spring, but now I can't log in without creating an account and paying again.

can't find the A button...

Hi, I'm sure this is a dumb question but I got Chrome, downloaded your extension, signed in to Amazon- and I can't see the A that will help with reports. I have sent you an email with screen shots. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Did I stuff it up?

Hi Philip: Thank you for this extension! This may be a problem of pilot error, but I can't seem to get a whole year report for 2023. The extension seems to be stuck after picking up 300+ lines but the queue is still over 1,000. The orange/blue box looks to follow those numbers proportionately. Did I do it incorrectly? Thank you!

Totals

I'm not seeing that this calculates the totals in each column, am i missing something or does this not offer totaling?

"Items" option missing Kindle digital subscriptions

Using "Items" is missing some of the Digital items. Specifically, in my case, it's missing the Kindle Digital monthly subscription charges. If I use "Orders" instead, the Kindle Digital monthly subscriptions show up. But I prefer the "Items" output for my needs. Thank you for your time and efforts!
