Amazon Order History Downloader: eBay, Walmart, Target & more
Overview
Amazon order history download to CSV, Excel, PDF. Replaces the discontinued Amazon Order History Reports. eBay, Walmart, Target.
Amazon order history → CSV, Excel, or PDF in two minutes. Order History Downloader is the Chrome extension that replaces the discontinued Amazon Order History Reports tool. Every order, every storefront, every receipt, exported clean and ready for taxes, expense reports, or feeding into ChatGPT or Claude for analysis. If you've tried to download Amazon orders for tax season, you already know the problem: Amazon retired the official "Order History Reports" tool, the Request My Data ZIP takes 24-72 hours to arrive, and what you get back is internal CSVs that aren't human-readable. Other retailers don't even pretend to offer an export. Order History Downloader fills that gap. Click the extension on any supported site, pick a date range, and get a sortable, searchable, exportable view of every order in seconds. CSV for spreadsheets. Excel for bookkeeping. Bulk PDF invoices, ZIPed up for HMRC or IRS in one click. Three years of Amazon spend, fifty invoices, thirty seconds. Your data stays yours. All processing happens in your browser, and your personal order data never leaves your device: • No login. Uses your existing Amazon session. We never see your password. • No servers. Every order stays on your device. We literally cannot read your data. • No paywall. Every feature free. Including the multi-account, shipping address, and refund features other tools charge for. WHAT YOU CAN EXPORT • Amazon order history. Works across all major Amazon storefronts worldwide, including the US, UK, and EU. Item-level detail, taxes (including VAT), shipping costs, gift cards, ship-to and billing addresses, refund status with the date issued, payment method, and Subscribe & Save, promo, voucher, and Audible-credit discounts broken out per order. Multi-year exports in a single click, ready for your accountant or tax software. • eBay purchase history. A full 22-year lookback, the headline reach advantage vs every other tool (most cap at 2 years). Item titles, totals, dates, seller, currency, and per-row receipt PDFs synthesized from your real eBay invoice data. • Walmart purchase history. US and Canada, in one consistent schema. Item details, tax, and tracking numbers when available. • Target order history. Full order list and item-level breakdown via your logged-in Target.com session. • Costco purchase history. Your Costco.com orders, item-level, with warehouse-pickup and delivery orders both supported. • Etsy order history. Receipts across every shop you've purchased from, with shop names and per-item taxes preserved. • Apple order history. Receipts from reportaproblem.apple.com, covering App Store apps, music, books, and subscriptions. Apple Music / iCloud+ / TV+ renewals are auto-flagged as recurring so you can roll them up into a single line per service in the viewer. • Best Buy order history. Your Best Buy purchases with item-level detail, order totals, and dates, pulled from your logged-in BestBuy.com account. • Home Depot order history. Online orders and in-store purchases from your Home Depot account, across the US and Canada. • Lowe's order history. Your Lowe's purchases with item-level detail, from your logged-in Lowes.com session. • Sam's Club order history. Club pickup and online orders with item detail, from your logged-in Sam's Club account. • B&H Photo order history. Your B&H orders with per-item detail, handy for photographers and creators tracking gear spend. • Dick's Sporting Goods order history. Your Dick's purchases with an item-level breakdown and order totals. • Shein order history. Your Shein orders with item titles, totals, and order dates. • Temu order history. Your Temu purchases with item-level detail, from your logged-in account. KEY FEATURES • Three export formats. CSV (universal, opens in any spreadsheet), Excel .xlsx (preserves currency formatting, ready for bookkeeping), or PDF (formatted for printing or attaching to tax filings). Bulk PDF: select 50 orders, click once, get one ZIP of 50 invoices. • Print summary PDF. One page, month-by-month spend totals across your current filter, formatted for tax prep and quarterly reviews. • Per-field opt-in matrix. Pick exactly the detail fields you need (VAT, refunds, payment method, full address, line-item prices, gift flags). Each checkbox shows its time cost. The cost estimator updates live: "Estimate based on 85 orders: 2-4 minutes." • Multi-account partitioning. Households or businesses with two or more Amazon accounts get a per-account filter in the viewer. Friendly labels are editable from the options page. • Recurring subscription detection. Audible monthly, Subscribe & Save grocery, software renewals, domain renewals. All detected automatically. The viewer shows a one-time confirmation banner per group: "Show as one row" or "Keep separate". Your choice persists. • GDPR data-export backfill. If you've requested your Amazon data via amazon.com/hz/privacy-central, drop the ZIP into the popup and we'll parse it client-side. Goes back to account creation, not just the 5 years Amazon's UI shows. Includes Kindle, Audible, and Prime Video digital orders, plus refunds and tracking numbers. • Insights tab. Eight charts that break down your spending from your real order history: spend by month, top retailers, year over year, by payment method, physical vs digital, recurring subscriptions, total saved with discounts, and shipping paid vs covered by Prime. • Sortable, searchable, group-aware viewer. The viewer page (opens in a new tab) supports search, filter (status / currency / account / hide-cancelled / recurring-only), and group-by (month / quarter / year / retailer / payment method / currency) with per-group subtotals in stable currency order. Bulk-select drives every export. A dedicated Items tab gives one row per item with per-item price for ASIN-level lookups, and a Shipments tab carries per-shipment tracking numbers. • Date-range picker. Pull a single year, a multi-year range, or "all time". The extension iterates the year filters automatically and merges the results. • Incremental import. After your first export, choose "only new orders since [last run]" to pull just what changed in seconds instead of re-importing the whole year. • Resume from sign-in. Amazon mid-import sign-in challenge? The chip shows a Resume button and re-fires the import seeded with already-collected order IDs. No double-yields. • Optional auto-sync. Off by default. Turn it on and OHD pulls new orders when you open a supported retailer's order page, and captures an order from its confirmation page at checkout. • Order tags. Add free-form tags to any order. They persist across re-imports and sessions. • Multi-currency totals. Σ row in the action bar groups by currency in stable order (USD → EUR → GBP → CAD → AUD → JPY → others). • Localized labels. Tax labels (VAT, MwSt, IVA, TVA, BTW, moms), date formats, and currency parsing are recognized across every supported Amazon storefront. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN Order data never leaves your computer. Every parse, group, and export runs entirely in your browser. There is no server backend that receives your orders, and no third-party trackers. The extension uses your existing browser session for authentication and does not collect, store, or transmit your credentials. You can reset all locally stored data from the options page. Full details are in the privacy policy. PERMISSIONS We keep the permission list as small as the job allows. The extension reads your order pages on the retailers you choose to import from, stores your settings and exports locally on your device, and opens the viewer tab plus a right-click menu shortcut. That is the whole list. It does not read your general browsing history, touch your downloads, or see your network traffic. WHO THIS IS FOR • Tax-prep professionals filing across multiple retailers. Amazon tax report, sales tax deductions, VAT reclaim, multi-storefront consolidation. The Amazon Order History Reports replacement for CPAs, self-filers, and small-business owners. • Bookkeepers reconciling a year of Amazon spend. Refund tracking with the date issued, payment-method partitioning, expense categorization. • Households with two or more Amazon accounts who need to partition spend by account. Yours, your partner's, business, kids' account. • Anyone feeding their order data into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for spending analysis. Clean CSV out, no quoting weirdness. • Power users who want their Amazon order history in a real spreadsheet, not Amazon's UI. NOT FOR • Mobile / Android (desktop browser only). • Real-time sync (every import is on demand). • Amazon Business accounts (use a personal account). SUPPORT Bug reports include an auto-attached diagnostic log if you click the "Report a bug" button in the chip footer or viewer toolbar. Fastest way to get a fix. Email: hello@tinyflash.org.
