The so-called app just opens a web browser page that then fails with a Playback Error message. If you are on a Chrome OS Flex PC rather than a Chromebook you can get around this by downloading alternative linux browsers. Both Firefox and Microsoft Edge work fine with the Amazon Music web player but only SD content is supported.

I previously used this app and it worked fine but recently it disappeared from my Chromebook and when I downloaded it again, now all it does it open the amazon music website. Bring back the app!

This only adds the link only. It does not allow HD/ultra HD music content access.

It only opens a blank webpage. Thats it. No music.

Bears no resemblance whatsoever to the app depicted. It's the most featureless streaming app I've ever used. It's not even presenting to me what's described in the "documentation". I'm moving on to something else.

Always stopped at 29 seconds. Has no use whatsoever unless you need a rage booster.

This "app" is literally just a bookmark that will open the amazon music webpage on your browser. Every time I try to play music on my chromebook, I get an error message saying "Operating System Not Supported", so both this app and amazon music are completely useless. You're better off trying spotify or youtube for music.
