Fixes addressing new elements (reference price) from Amazon

Lightweight extension that allows to download and upload Amazon Lightning Deal prices and quantities to sellercentral.amazon.com deal management page. This is particularly useful for sellers with large amount of SKUs participating in LDs, as it takes quite a lot of time to manually update all the prices and committed units. The extension makes it a breeze by simply downloading the initial LD numbers into csv and uploading the corrected csv back into the LD.
