Amazon Invoice Downloader

Great extension. The only thin I need is the ability to work on "digital" orders and on business accounts.

I'm only using it to download very little invoices from amazon.co.uk - less than 100 every 3 months, I use the Free Trial every time, and cancel my subscription after I'm done downloading. I've talked with the developer, he has no problems with that.

No instructions and did not list pricing on extension page (or that there is even a fee).
