Filters out inline sponsored ad results on Amazon search pages. The logo is also changed to 'Amazon Clear'.

This extension was built to block any 'Sponsored' products in the search feed. Beyond that, it also changes the 'Amazon Prime' logo to 'Amazon Clear' (when on a search).
