This extension helps you to create cases on Amazon using csv file. If you want to create a bunch of cases you have to upload a .csv… This extension helps you to create cases on Amazon using csv file. If you want to create a bunch of cases you have to upload a .csv file with columns SKU, ASIN, QTY and after that you will see a green check icon and you can click the Create Case button. After all cases were processed you will see the Open Report button. On the report window you can check errors, case id and download a csv file with results. Also you can change Description and Title templates. If you want to add some other variables to these templates you can add some columns to your csv file and add the value {{column name}} in your custom templates.
