Amazon AI Shopping Visibility
Overview
See how Amazon's shopping AI understands and recommends any ASIN. Find listing gaps, visibility risks, and AI-mentioned competitors.
Is Amazon's shopping AI understanding—and recommending—your product the way you intended? Amazon AI Shopping Visibility uses real responses from Amazon's shopping AI to show how it currently understands, compares, and recommends an ASIN. Instead of simply summarizing a listing, it turns structured question-and-answer evidence into a visibility audit with practical next steps. Use it to find out: - Whether the target ASIN appears in blind recommendation questions. - Which audiences and shopping scenarios Amazon AI associates with the product. - Whether the listing communicates its positioning and core benefits clearly. - Which product details, claims, or supporting evidence appear to be missing. - Which concerns or objections may weaken recommendation confidence. - Which alternative products and competitors Amazon AI actually mentions. - Which listing improvements should be reviewed first. What the report includes: - Blind-recommendation and shopping-scenario hit rates. - Product clarity, discoverability, evidence, competitive-position, and objection-handling insights. - Strengths, concerns, target audiences, usage scenarios, keywords, and competitors extracted from the responses. - An evidence-backed summary with prioritized optimization actions. - Historical runs so you can collect again after updating a listing and compare how the responses change. How it works: 1. Enter an Amazon ASIN in TalkToAmz and review the generated test questions. 2. Connect the Chrome extension and keep an Amazon.com page open. 3. The extension runs structured recommendation, product-fit, verification, objection, comparison, information-gap, keyword, and custom questions through Amazon's shopping AI. 4. TalkToAmz organizes the responses into an Amazon AI Shopping Visibility report. The extension can continue collection in the background while an Amazon.com page remains open. You can follow progress, view historical runs and reports, manage connected devices, or delete an analysis in TalkToAmz. Account connection: The extension opens a TalkToAmz authorization page. After you sign in, review the data disclosure, and approve the connection, the extension receives a scoped, revocable device token. It never receives your Google password. You can revoke a connected device at any time. Privacy: Product details, report questions, and Amazon shopping AI responses are sent to TalkToAmz only to create and operate the reports you request. Amazon cookies and CSRF tokens remain within the Amazon page and are never sent to TalkToAmz. We do not sell extension data or use it for personalized advertising. Requirements: - A TalkToAmz account. - Chrome with at least one Amazon.com tab open. - An Amazon account for which Alexa for Shopping (formerly Rufus) is available. Results reflect responses observed through the Amazon account and session used for collection. Personalization may affect recommendations, so other shoppers may see different answers. Amazon AI Shopping Visibility is independently operated by TalkToAmz. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Alexa, and Rufus are trademarks of their respective owners.
