It only reads publicly visible content. Leave the tab in the background and keep using your computer as usual (the extension prevents system sleep); just don't close the tab or sign out of Amazon mid-run. If you close it accidentally, reviews already fetched are saved locally in real time — just run the task again to continue (duplicates are removed automatically). The extension paces scrolling automatically to mimic real human browsing, but continuous heavy scraping can get an Amazon account restricted. Whether you trigger a limit depends on Amazon's combined assessment of account standing, login history, browser and device environment, and activity frequency — there is no universal safe number. When in doubt, slow down: start with small batches and only ramp up day by day once things stay stable. Rotating across multiple accounts and marketplaces also helps a lot. Amazon updates its pages from time to time, which in rare cases may temporarily affect scraping. If reviews fail to load or exports look off, try: ① updating the extension to the latest version; ② refreshing the Amazon page and signing in again.
