It can read your threads to sort them, but it cannot send, delete, or change anything in your account. This is enforced by the permission you grant, not just a promise. - Amarnai has passed Google's security review, the same check required of any app that works with Gmail. - Nothing is ever sent for you. If you ask Amarnai to draft a reply, the draft stays in Amarnai for you to read and edit. You send it yourself. - Your email contents are not stored.
