Overview
Collect feedback with sources, find related comments with local AI and send selected observations to Amalgama for theme analysis.
Find the comments behind a recurring customer problem. Amalgama Feedback Radar brings selected customer observations into a local collection. Keep the source, create themes, add context and review each observation before sharing it. Use it to: - Capture selected comments through Chrome's side panel or right-click menu. - Import a chosen feedback column from CSV or one observation per TXT line. - Organize observations into themes and inspect the sources behind each count. - Find related comments with bundled local MiniLM semantic search. - Consider theme suggestions and apply them yourself. - Export classified, reviewed observations and save a JSON backup. - Transfer selected comments into Amalgama's existing feedback analysis tool after previewing the data. Collection and local AI run on your device. There is no background page collection or account requirement for local features. Optional website analysis opens a separate tab. Review the website's consent and start analysis there. It is not submitted automatically. Theme counts describe your collection, not the share of all customers. Remove personal details you do not need and review AI suggestions against the original comment. Built by Amalgama for evidence-led product and business work.
