When you watch videos on your favorite streaming platform with the extension enabled, it automatically adds dual subtitles — original and translated. Alunea analyzes subtitles in real time and provides detailed linguistic insights. You can click on any word or phrase to get its meaning, usage, and context — and optionally save it. Everything you save becomes available in the Alunea mobile app, where you can study words and phrases, track your progress, filter by language, level, and more. - Who is Violet and how do AI Calls work? Violet is your personal AI language tutor. Unlike generic AI, Violet "sees" the words and phrases you've saved while watching shows. During a voice call, she encourages you to use those specific words in context, helping you overcome the "language barrier" and start speaking 24/7 in a safe, judgment-free environment. - Which streaming platforms does Alunea support? Currently, Alunea supports Netflix. We’re actively working on adding support for YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, and other platforms.
