Aluminum is an AI assistant side panel extension. It can read the web page you currently have open, answer questions about the page's content, and generate summaries — and, only after your explicit confirmation, perform page-transformation actions on your behalf (such as switching to reading mode, removing distracting elements, or adjusting styles). Every change shows a preview first and requires your approval before it runs, and can be undone with a single click at any time. All data stays local — you bring your own (BYOK) LLM API key — and the extension itself runs no backend server: it doesn't collect or sell your data.
