Altyst is real-estate underwriting software: it reads the documents a deal comes with, or a listing link, and builds a complete, editable underwriting model with Excel and PDF outputs. This extension adds one button to Chrome. While you are viewing a property listing on Zillow, Rightmove, Property Finder, Bayut, or Domain, click it and Altyst opens with that listing's link already in the intake. Press Underwrite and the full model builds: purchase, financing, cash flows, returns, every figure editable and traceable. The extension deliberately does nothing else. It has no access to page content, injects nothing into any site, stores nothing, and collects no data. Its single permission (activeTab) grants the tab's address at the moment you click, and the listing page itself is retrieved by Altyst's server-side document pipeline, exactly as if you had pasted the link.
