The following details the necessity of each declared permission and the technical implementation logic to comply with the "Single Purpose Policy": 1. PERMISSION JUSTIFICATION: BOOKMARKS: Purpose: To read the root AltQ directory structure to build the FlowBar, execute bookmark creation for the "Stash" feature, and support Drag & Drop sorting of folders. Necessity: Bookmarks are the data foundation of this tool. All Layer switching and Stash functions rely on this permission to perform CRUD operations. TABS & TABGROUPS: Purpose: To implement tab archiving (tabs.remove) and one-click opening of layer links, utilizing tabs.group to automatically create colored Tab Groups. STORAGE: Purpose: To store user interface preferences, including UI scaling (0.85x - 1.2x), display modes, and custom icon mappings. <ALL_URLS> (Host Permissions): Purpose: To ensure users can trigger the FlowBar interface via mouse hover or keyboard shortcuts on any website. SCRIPTING: Purpose: Used for data exchange and dynamic UI rendering between the Background Worker and the frontend Shadow DOM. 2. SECURITY & ISOLATION: Style Isolation (SHADOW DOM): This extension uses attachShadow({ mode: 'open' }) to encapsulate the UI. This ensures extension CSS does not affect the host page, and prevents host page styles from polluting the extension interface. CSP (Content Security Policy) Bypass: Local CSS files are read via chrome.runtime.getURL and injected as text into the Shadow Root <style>, ensuring stable operation on strict websites (e.g., Facebook). Data Privacy: All data processing is done locally. This extension does NOT collect, transmit, or store any user browsing data or personal information on external servers. 3. CORE WORKFLOWS: Activation & Close: Trigger via the top page hotspot or by pressing Alt + Q. Tab Stashing: Execute the STASH function to save tabs into bookmarks and redirect to a specified page to show results. Layer Launching: Select a bookmark folder and click the Rocket icon to verify correct opening and TabGroup creation.
