Altitude MileSplit Connector
Overview
Sync Colorado returners and course-aware travel results with automatic checkpoint recovery.
Altitude turns race results into a Colorado returner index that accounts for the listed race distance and the course an athlete ran—not time alone. The connector can import the MileSplit page you are viewing or run a checkpointed Colorado database sync. The database workflow reads Colorado returner lists, scans linked 2025 high-school result files, matches athletes by MileSplit athlete ID, and checks major travel-meet results. Temporary page failures recover automatically from the last checkpoint. If MileSplit requires a sign-in or human verification, the connector waits and retries without bypassing that protection. Each imported performance keeps its published time, distance, meet, course, and source URL. Altitude then standardizes supported race distances to a 5K equivalent before applying a separate race/course correction. Unlabeled or conflicting distances are retained for review and are not silently treated as a 5K. The extension does not read MileSplit passwords or copy authentication cookies. Imported data and checkpoints remain in your browser and are not sold. Use the connector only for pages and data you are authorized to access and export.
