Overview

Cleans up and removes bad alt-text.

Unnecessary alt-text makes a page much harder to understand when using screen reader software--blurting out "26601200156_fb38342ff7_k.png" when focusing on a picture of a monkey really messes up the flow of content. This extension removes a handful of common cases of misused alt-text for the current tab, decluttering the screen reader experience.
