AllyNerds Job Assistant tells you how well a job fits you, before you apply. Open a job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, most of the job boards, then open the AllyNerds side panel: • Job Fit: a score for how well you match the job, and how well the job matches your goals, with the reasons behind it. • Gap Bridge: the skills the job asks for that your resume doesn't show yet, and an action plan for each. • Tailored Resume: your resume rewritten for this job, with an ATS score. Download it as a PDF or text. • Practice: one click opens a mock interview for this exact job in AllyNerds. Nothing is sent until you press a button. The extension reads the job you're looking at only when you ask, and never your other tabs. You can also turn on detection for company careers pages in Options. The extension then asks for permission to read those sites. It looks only for standard job-posting data, and shows you what it found before sending anything.
