Allure Lens
Overview
Analyze Allure test reports in the side panel: durations, flaky detection, failure checklist, and snapshot history comparison.
Allure Lens turns raw Allure test reports into an actionable side panel — spot slow tests, catch flaky patterns, triage failures, and compare run-to-run trends without ever leaving your browser. All data stays local. No account, no tracking, no ads. Works with Allure 2 and Allure 3 reports served over HTTP/HTTPS (multi-file reports; single-file Allure 3 is not supported). Open any Allure report page, click the toolbar icon, and the panel loads the report right beside it. ━━━ WHAT YOU GET ━━━ ▸ Durations See every test sorted by execution time, longest first. Filter by "longer/shorter than X minutes" and read the total duration for the filtered set — find your slowest tests in seconds. ▸ Flaky detection Automatically surfaces tests marked flaky or with retry / status-change history, so intermittent failures stop hiding in green runs. ▸ Failure checklist & triage Review failed and broken tests as detailed cards or a compact one-click grid. Mark each as Pass / Fail / Skip, attach a ticket number or skip reason, and watch the "X/Y checked" progress bar fill. Duplicate runs of the same test are merged with an ×N count. ▸ Rerun marker & chat summary export Generate a copy-paste list of failing test names for re-execution (choose "or" or "," separators), or export a Slack/GitHub-friendly markdown summary with status emoji and inline ticket/skip notes. One-click copy to clipboard. ▸ Snapshot history & comparison Save any run as a timestamped snapshot (up to 50 kept). Pick any two — even across different reports — for a side-by-side metrics diff: pass rate, per-status counts, total duration, and flaky count with signed deltas. Case-level groups show Regressions, Fixed, Added, and Removed. ▸ Powerful filtering Search by case name, function name, or suite path. Whole-word or substring matching, comma-separated tokens for OR logic, and live suite suggestions. See "X/Y cases match" as you type. ▸ Made yours System / Light / Dark theme, six accent palettes, and show/hide/reorder tabs. Preferences persist across sessions. ━━━ PRIVACY ━━━ Allure Lens only fetches your own Allure reports from domains you explicitly approve — you grant access per domain, and can revoke it anytime. Every preference, triage note, and snapshot is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage). There is no telemetry, no analytics, no external server, and no data ever leaves your machine. ━━━ PERMISSIONS ━━━ • storage / unlimitedStorage — save triage checks, snapshots, and preferences locally • sidePanel — open the analysis panel from the toolbar icon • tabs — detect the active Allure report tab and refresh on tab switch • optional host permissions — fetch report data only from domains you approve
