Restore text selection, copying and right-click on websites you choose. Prepare selected content in a local preview before copying it or choosing an AI composer handoff. HOW TO USE 1. Open an ordinary website and click the extension's toolbar icon. The current hostname is added to your enabled sites; a green ON badge indicates that copy unlocking is active. 2. Select text or right-click an image. Open the Allow Copy Plus context menu and choose Copy text, an Ask provider action or a configured prompt. These actions prepare a local preview. 3. Inspect the preview. Copy writes the prepared text or PNG to your clipboard. Copy & Open also opens or activates the chosen provider page after copying, so you can paste when ready. Fill inserts a text draft into a supported composer; the extension never presses Send. Images require Copy and your manual paste. 4. Click the toolbar icon again to disable unlocking for that hostname and restore the original page behavior. Manage the saved site list in Settings. OTHER FEATURES • Area screenshot, also available with Alt+3: drag a rectangle to prepare an image draft, or press Escape to cancel. • Configurable prompt templates, provider order and repeat-action settings. • Configuration import/export and optional Chrome Sync. • One current draft at a time. Creating a new draft expires older previews so an old tab cannot act on newer content. WHAT IS HANDLED AND WHERE • Website content: text or links you select, selected images and cropped screenshots. If no text is selected, some reuse actions use the page URL. The current draft uses browser-session storage; a newer draft replaces it. • URLs and domains: the current page URL is read for per-site settings. When tabs activate or finish loading, supported provider hosts are recognized so the latest provider ID and tab ID can be kept locally for reuse. This is not a chronological browsing-history log. • User activity: the screenshot picker uses mouse positions to draw your chosen rectangle and handles Escape to cancel. It does not keep a pointer-history log or record the screen in the background. • Local configuration: enabled hostnames, templates, preferences, recent provider/action metadata and local status information stay in extension storage. • Optional Chrome Sync: off by default. Enabling it synchronizes configuration, including chosen hostnames and prompt templates, through Google Chrome Sync. Selected draft text and image/screenshot bytes are not part of that configuration snapshot. THIRD-PARTY HANDOFFS Choosing an image action may fetch that image from its source website. Copy & Open copies the draft to the clipboard and opens the provider without inserting it. Once you choose Fill, the provider page and its scripts can access and process the inserted text, including before Send. A manual image paste likewise shares the image with the destination. Each provider's own account, privacy and retention rules apply. The extension has no OrangeBot account, analytics or advertising backend and does not sell user data. It writes to the clipboard only after an explicit Copy action and does not read existing clipboard contents. You can edit enabled sites/templates, replace the current draft, disable Sync and uninstall to clear local extension data. Manage previously synced data, exported files, clipboard contents and content already shared with a provider through their respective controls. LIMITS Chrome internal pages and Chrome Web Store pages are unsupported. Canvas-rendered text and every third-party composer layout are not guaranteed.
