Keeps your pinned tabs in sync across all Chrome windows. What it does: Normally, pinned tabs are per-window. If you open a new window, your pinned tabs are gone and you have to recreate them manually. New Window Pinned Tabs fixes that: - When you pin a tab in any window, it appears pinned in every other open window. - When you open a new window or drag a tab to make a new window, all of your existing pinned tabs are automatically created and pinned there. - When you unpin or close a pinned tab, that change is reflected in all windows. It’s like having a global “pinned tab set” that follows you everywhere in Chrome. Permissions This extension uses: - tabs – to read pin/unpin events and create pinned tabs in other windows. - storage – to store your list of pinned tab URLs locally so they persist across sessions. No browsing history or page content is sent anywhere; all data is stored locally in your browser.
