what is the chatting icon on Coupang.com or Naver shopping.

I wanted to use Aliprice and install the extension. after that, the chatting icon bothered me on some shopping site like Coupang or Naver. I couldn't find the way to remove the icon (all I want is removing the bothering icon). So I removed the Aliprice extension from my Chrome. but it couldn't help removing the icon. Please let me know how to remove it.
