TabArk — Tab Backup & Manager
Overview
Save and reopen groups of tabs, with an automatic local backup history so you can recover even after a crash. A OneTab alternative.
Never lose your tabs again. TabArk saves your open tabs into tidy groups you can reopen any time — like OneTab, but with one thing those tools get wrong: a real safety net. Every change is automatically saved as a timestamped backup version, so if tabs disappear after a crash, a misclick, or a bad update, you can simply restore an earlier version. What you get (all free, all local): 🗂️ Save tabs into groups — one click stashes the open tabs in your window and frees up memory. ↩️ Reopen anything — open a whole group or a single tab; your saved copy stays put (non-destructive). 🛟 Automatic backup history — the last 10 versions are kept, so "undo after a crash" actually works. ⏱️ Restore earlier version — pick a previous version by time and tab count, and roll back instantly. 📤 Export to JSON — keep a copy outside the browser, fully under your control. 🔒 100% local & private — nothing is sent to any server. No account, no tracking, no analytics. Why TabArk? Tab managers are great until the day they lose everything you saved. TabArk treats your saved tabs like data worth protecting: versioned, recoverable, and exportable. Coming later: optional cloud sync to your own storage. Phase 1 is free and fully offline.
