Alexandria
Overview
The missing Library button for Chromium. Manage Bookmarks, History, and Closed Tabs in a unified, native-style menu.
Finally, a proper Library for your browser. Alexandria brings the beloved "Library" menu functionality to Chrome. It serves as a unified hub for your browsing memory, allowing you to manage your bookmarks, history, and downloads without opening multiple cumbersome manager pages. Features: š Unified Menu: Access Bookmarks, History, and Downloads from a single, clean popup. š Instant Search: Live search your History and Bookmarks directly within the extension. Now presenting with Version 1.3: Omni-Search, search even faster your history and bookmarks in a single window. š Session Recovery: Quickly access and restore Recently Closed Tabs and Windows (perfect for when you accidentally close a window!). š Smart Bookmarking: One-click button to bookmark (or remove) the current tab, complete with satisfying visual feedback. āØļø Keyboard First: Fully accessible via keyboard navigation. Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Shift+L (or Cmd+Shift+L on Mac) to open Alexandria instantly. Use Arrow Keys to navigate and Enter to select. Privacy Focused: Alexandria operates entirely locally on your machine. Your history and bookmarks stay on your device. We do not track you, we do not use analytics, and we do not sell your data. Extension is a hobby project of mine since I do use it personally. I'll keep improving it and feedback is always appreciated. Thanks for trying it and I hope it helps you.
