ChromeOS App for Smartsheet not Opening (Stating no internet)

I installed the chrome app (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/smartsheet-chrome-app/alehdleagcgnimdipdmllebddejplpbi/related) but I am getting an error message when I attempt to open it: "Unable to connect. Smartsheet requires an internet connection. Retrying in..." I reached out to Smartsheet to get support (https://supportportal.smartsheet.com/s/case/5005a00002OR5KPAA1/chromeos-app-for-smartsheet-not-opening-stating-no-internet) and they've indicated that I check that I have the latest version of the Chrome browser and the Chrome app itself [which I believe I do]. They recommended that I report the issue to the developer via the Support > “Contact the publisher” page for the Smartsheet Chrome app. Please assist with resolving the Chrome app issues so that I can use it. Thank you!

Multiple Instances

All for multiple instances to open. Shift+click on the icon.

App won't open

When I click on desktop icon nothing will open. If I hover over the icon I can see the sheet I have open. I have removed and re-added.

Zoom-level

My zoom level is at 90% and for my specific screen configuration, this results in failure to display the open sheets as tabs. The open sheets/reports are only available via the ...-pull-down. How to reset/adjust zoom level in the chrome smartsheet app?

Newly created account can't log in

Hi
I just created a new account for my colleague, but I wasn't asked to set a password during the signup. Thus I can't log in. I clicked "forgot password" and it sent me the "reset password link." When I clicked the link, the page asked me to enter my account name and password. So now I'm like caught in a loop....
